摘  要:汛期水位动态控制是协调水库兴利与防洪矛盾的一项有效措施。针碧流河水库实际运行确定水位动态控制域,选取防洪风险和兴利效益相结合的综合评价指标,采用多目标多阶段模糊优选模型,对制定的8种水库汛期水位动态控制方案优选,分析决策者不同偏好时的最优值,并提出合理的推荐方案。优选出的方案可为决策者或工程管理部门提供较为直观和合理的决策依据。The dynamic control of water level in flood season is an effective measure to coordinate the contradiction between reservoir profit and flood control.According to the actual operation of Biliuhe reservoir,the dynamic control area is determined,and the comprehensive evaluation index of the combination of flood control risk and benefit is selected.The multi-objective and multi-stage fuzzy optimization model is adopted to optimize the eight dynamic control schemes for reservoir water level in flood season.Reasonable plans are put forward after the analysis of the optimal values of decision makers with different preferences taken into consideration.The optimized scheme could provide a more intuitive and reasonable decision-making basis for decision makers and management departments.
