家庭农场内生制度影响研究——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：作为新型农业经营方式,家庭农场不仅有特殊的劳动力构成,还有其独特的经营方式及制度需求。文章研究了家庭农场的现状。以湖南省家庭农场为例,结合SWOT模型分析深入剖析湖南省家庭农场规模化发展以及存在的土地流转、农场主普遍学历偏低、资金不足的问题,借鉴国内外家庭农场的成功之处,为湖南省发展家庭农场提出建议。As a new mode of agricultural operation,family farm not only has a special composition of labor force,but also has its unique mode of operation and institutional needs.This paper studies the analysis of the current situation of family farms.Taking the family farm in Hunan Province as an example,based on SWOT model analysis,this paper analyzes the large-scale development of family farm in Hunan Province,the existing problems of land transfer,farmers'low educational background and lack of funds,and puts forward some suggestions for the development of family farm in Hunan Province by drawing lessons from the success of family farm at home and abroad.
