北大地质学系与中国地质调查所关系研究

摘　　要：北京大学地质系与中国地质调查所都是中国地质学发展史上最早成立、具有最重要地位的科学机构,二者长期具有特殊密切关系。北大地质系学系成为中国地质调查所的人才摇篮,中国地质调查所积极支持北大地质系办学工作,在师资、图书、标本等多方面对北大实行特殊政策,资源共享,成为北大地质系教育教学水平不断提升、学术研究不断成长进步最坚实的后盾。而抗战胜利后,双方未能就新生代研究项目达成合作,则展现了科学机构合作中的复杂面相及利益平衡的重要性。The Department of Geology of Peking University and the Geology Survey of China are the earliest and most important scientific institutions in the history of geology in China,and they have a special close relationship for a long time.The Department of Geology of Peking University has become the cradle of talents of the Geology Survey of China,while the Geology Survey of China actively supports the running work the department of geology of Peking University and it provides special policies for Peking University in terms of teachers,books and specimens to realize resource sharing.It has become the most solid support for the continuous improvement of education and teaching level and the continuous growth and progress of academic research in the department of geology of Peking University.However,after the victory of the Anti Japanese War,the two sides failed to reach cooperation on the new generation research projects,which shows the complex aspects in the cooperation of scientific institutions and the importance of interest balance.
