不同类型贴衬在色牢度测试中的对比分析

摘　　要：测试纺织品色牢度的相关标准中规定可选用两类贴衬织物对其进行试验,即单纤维贴衬和多纤维贴衬。文中将同一块布料,选用相应单纤维贴衬和多纤维贴衬分别与其进行缝制,将缝制好的组合试样分别在相同条件下进行耐洗、耐水、耐汗渍色牢度试验,试验结束后对单纤维贴衬和多纤维贴衬的评定结果进行比较.,结果表明,两类贴衬织物在对色牢度的最终评定结果上存在差异,甚至影响到色牢度检验合格与否,因此在选用贴衬上要有明确规定,不可将多纤维贴衬织物上的某种纤维的沾色结果等同于相应单纤维贴衬织物的沾色结果。The relevant standards for testing the color fastness of textiles stipulate that two types of lining fabrics can be used for testing,namely,single-fiber lining and multi-fiber lining.In this paper,the same piece of fabric is sewn with the corresponding single-fiber lining and multi-fiber lining respectively,and the sewn combined samples are tested for color fastness to washing,water and perspiration under the same conditions.After finishing,to compare the evaluation results of single-fiber lining and multi-fiber lining.The results show that there are differences in the final evaluation results of the color fastness between the two types of lining fabrics,and even affect the color fastness.Therefore,there must be clear regulations on the selection of linings,and multi-fiber lining fabrics should not he used.The staining result of a certain fiber on the above is equivalent to the staining result of the corresponding single-fiber lining fabric.
