纱架供纱的经编机经纱张力测试与分析

摘　　要：经编生产中采用纱架供纱时,因消极式送经而使得经纱张力波动大,不利于经编产品的优质生产。通过在KSJ4/1FBZ型贾卡经编毛巾机上,对采用圆盘式、栅门式和改进栅门式等3种不同的张力器时经纱张力变化曲线的试验测试,分析不同张力器对经编生产中经纱张力的控制效果。结果表明:张力器的使用有助于经编生产的顺利进行;不同张力器对经纱张力的调节效果不同,但并不改变经纱张力的变化规律,与圆盘式,栅门式相比,使用改进栅门式张力器时经纱张力波动小,张力较平稳,控制效果好。The supply yam creels are used for weaving and produces of warp-knitting,because the negativelet-off warp increasing the tension of the warp yarn fluctuant,which is not conducive to the high quality productionof warp-knitting.The thesis analyzed the different tensioners that are used the KSJ4/1 FBZ Jacquard warp-knittingmachine to test the warp tension curve of three different tensioners,such as disc type tensioner,gate type tension-er and gate type tensioner of improvement,analysing the control effect of warp tension in warp-knitling weavingprocesses.The results show that the usage of tensioners can improve produces and weaving of warp-knittig.A1-though tensioners have different adjustment effects on warp tension,they can not change the variation regularity ofwarp tension.Compared to using disc type tensioner and galte type tensioner,The warp tension's fluctuation of u-age gate type tensioner improvement is more smaller,the tension is more steadly,and the control effect is the best.
