摘 要:文中结合生产工艺,通过对纺黏、熔喷,SMMS聚丙烯复合型非织造布的厚度,断裂强力断裂伸长率、透气、透湿、液体阻隔性能、过滤效率、抗静水压、阻燃性能和抗静电性等进行测试并对比分析。结果表明,纺黏布具有较高的断裂强力,熔喷布过滤性能突出,SMMS聚丙烯复合非织造布兼具前两者独特的优异性能,因此在医疗卫生领域有着广泛的用途,但三者的抗静电性和阻燃性能均需要改进。该试验结果为医用产品的进一步开发提供一定的参考依据。In this paper,combined with the production process,the properties of spunbonded cloth,melt-blowncloth and SMMS polypropylene composite nonwovens are tested and compared including the thickness,breakingstrength and elongation at break,permeability,moisture permeability,liquid barrier property,filtration efficiency,hydrostatic pressure resistance,flame retardant property and antistatic property.The results show that the spunbondedfabric has high breaking strength,the filter performance of melt jet fabric is outstanding,and the SMMS polypropylenecomposite nonwoven fabric has the unique excellent performance before its merging,so it has a wide range ofapplications in the field of medical and health care,but the antistatic and flame retardant properties of the threeneed to be improved.The experimental results provide some references for the further development of medical products.
