摘　　要：通过理论分析论证生活圈建设具有阶段性特征,然后以榆林市榆阳区为例进行案例研究,总结出典型中小城市生活圈的建设路径,并得出以下结论:首先,中小城市的社区生活圈构建具有典型意义,既适应中小城市衔接城乡、宜居舒适的特点,又能满足中小城市对社会治理、活力塑造的需求。其次,中小城市社区生活圈构建需要结合地区的发展特点,在精准人群画像基础上,综合考虑地区未来的城镇化水平、产业发展阶段、相关政策影响,据此制定生活圈构建策略。最后,中小城市社区生活圈构建应重点把握城乡统筹、以人为本、差异化公共服务供给三个方面。This paper demonstrates the phased characteristics of the construction of the life circle through theoretical analysis. Taking Yuyang District of Yulin City as an example, it summarizes the construction path of the life circle in typical small and medium-sized cities,and draws the following conclusions: Firstly,the construction of the community life circle in small and medium-sized cities is of typical significance, which not only adapts to the characteristics of the connection of urban-rural areas and livable comfort in small and medium-sized cities,but also meets the needs of social governance and vitality creation in small and medium-sized cities. Secondly,the construction of community life circle in small and medium-sized cities needs to be combined with the development characteristics of the region,on the basis of accurate user persona, take account into the future urbanization level, industrial development stage and related policy influence of the region. Based on the above, this article formulates the strategy of life circle construction. Finally, the construction of community life circle in small and medium-sized cities should focus on three aspects: urban-rural integration,people-oriented and differentiated public service supply.
