摘　　要：目的:探讨重组人生长激素(recombinant human growth hormone,rhGH)治疗对矮身材儿童眼压和屈光度的影响。方法:选择2017年3月—2020年2月在汕头大学医学院第一附属医院儿童生长发育门诊接受rhGH治疗的56例矮身材患儿作为研究对象,使用观察性队列研究的方法,分别在使用rhGH治疗前和治疗6、12、24个月观察患儿眼压、屈光度等的变化情况。结果:患儿治疗6、12、24个月后,生长速率与治疗前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患儿IGF-1水平在治疗6个月时较治疗前升高(P<0.05)。患儿眼压、屈光度在治疗前后差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:rhGH能有效提升矮身材患儿的生长速率和IGF-1水平,促进生长发育,并且对眼压和屈光度无明显影响。Objective:To investigate the effect of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)treatment on intraocular pressure and diopter in short stature children.Methods:From March 2017 to February 2020,56 short stature children who received rhGH treatment in the Children's Growth and Development Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College were selected as the research objects.The observational cohort study was used to observe the changes of intraocular pressure and diopter before and after rhGH treatment for 6,12 and 24 months.Results:After 6,12,and 24 months of treatment,the growth rate of the children was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).The level of IGF-1 in children was higher than before treatment at 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant diflerence in intraocular pressure and diopter of children before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:rhGH can effectively increase the growth rate and IGF-1 level of short stature children,promote growth and development,and has no significant effect on intraocular pressure and diopter.
