摘　　要：随着电子文档的普及,解放双眼成为了一种必然的发展趋势,但Microsoft Office PowerPoint作为主流的演示文稿软件,多年来其朗读功能并未真正实现。采用VBA编写宏的方式实现了该功能,并提供了配置界面以适应不同的应用场景。方法简单易行、实用有效,既能满足视障人士、文字校对、放映厅放映、日常学习等多种场景的听读需要,又能增加趣味性。As the popularization of electronic documents,the emancipation of both eyes has become an inevitable development trend,but Microsoft office PowerPoint as the mainstream presentation software,its reading function has not really been realized for many years.VBA macro is used to implement this function,and the configuration interface is provided to adapt to different application scenarios.The method is simple,practical and effective.It can not only meet the needs of people with visual impairment,text proofreading,projection hall,daily study and so on,but also increase interest.
