糖尿病患者实施低血糖规范化管理的临床治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究对糖尿病患者实施低血糖规范化管理的效果。方法选取2019年6—12月本院收治的1410例糖尿病患者作为对照组(施行常规低血糖管理)和2020年1—6月本院收治的1360例糖尿病患者作为观察组(施行低血糖规范化管理),比较两组低血糖发生率、低血糖专项护理质量评分、满意度及自我护理能力评分;并随机抽取30名护士作为观察对象,比较培训前后护士低血糖知识水平、低血糖处理流程执行情况。结果观察组低血糖发生率(1.84%)明显低于对照组(7.73%),且低血糖专项护理质量评分及管理后自我护理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);培训后护士低血糖知识水平得分高于培训前(P<0.05);观察组低血糖发生后15 min及时复测率(100.00%)、15 g食物血糖升糖达标率(96.76%)均高于对照组(99.01%、94.04%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者施行低血糖规范化管理有助于减少低血糖发生,提高患者自我管理能力,并有助于提升护士综合业务能力,值得临床推广运用。Objective To explore the effect of standardized management of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients.Methods 1410 cases of diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from June to December 2019 were selected as the control group(receiving routine hypoglycemia management)and 1360 cases of diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from January to June 2020 were selected as the observation group(receiving standardized hy-poglycemia management).The incidence of hypoglycemia,the special nursing quality score of hypoglycemia,satisfaction and self-nursing ability score were compared between the two groups.30 nurses were randomly selected as the observation subjects to compare the knowledge level of hypo-glycemia and the implementation of the treatment process of hypoglycemia before and after the training.Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group(1.84%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(7.73%),and the special nursing quality score of hypoglycemia and self-nursing ability score after management were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of knowledge level of hypoglycemia of nurses after training was higher than that before training(P<0.05).The timely retest rate of 15 min after hypoglycemia(100.00%)and the standard rate of glycemic rise of 15 g food in the observa-tion group(96.76%)were higher than those in the control group(99.01%and 94.04%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients is helpful to reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,promote the self-management ability of patients,and improve the comprehensive professional ability of nurses,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
