摘　　要：目的报道闭合复位经皮掌骨易折针横行支撑固定(国家专利号:2018202322012)治疗第5掌骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法2019年1月-2020年2月,对16例第5掌骨颈骨折采用闭合复位经皮掌骨易折针横行支撑固定治疗,针尾折断留于皮内。结果16例患者均获得随访,随访时间8~13个月(平均10个月),手术时间(17.3±5.1)min,骨折愈合时间(6.3±1.2)周,术中透视次数(4.5±0.7)次,所有患者均无疼痛、关节退变及感染的发生。按照中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能试用标准评定,优11例,良5例。结论闭合复位经皮掌骨易折针横行支撑固定治疗第5掌骨颈骨折具有操作简单、固定可靠、可早期进行关节训练、费用低、易护理等优点,固定骨折端后将针尾在骨表面折断,埋于皮内,避免了针道感染、皮肤的激惹以及术后护理不便等情况发生。Objective To report the clinical effect on treatment of the fifth metacarpal neck fracture by percutaneous transverse internal fixation of metacarpal bone with franglibity needle(National Patent number:2018202322012).Methods From Jan 2017 to Feb 2018,16 cases with the fifth metacarpal neck fracture were treated by percutaneous transverse internal fixation of metacarpal bone with franglibity needle,the needle end was broken off and remained in the skin.Results All the cases were followed up for 8-13 months,with an average of 10 months,the operation time was(17.3±5.1)mins,fracture healing time was(6.3±1.2)weeks,the number of intraoperative fluoroscopy was(4.5±0.7).All the cases had no pain,joint degeneration and infection.According to the upper limb function assessment criteria issued by Hand Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association,the function recovery was excellent in 11 cases,good in 6 cases.Conclusion It has the advantages of simple operation,fixing reliability,low cost and easy care,that using percutaneous transverse internal fixation of metacarpal bone with franglibity needle to treat the fifth metacarpal neck fracture.After fixing the fracture end,the needle end is broken on the bone surface and buried in the skin.It can avoid needle infection,skin irritation and postoperative care inconvenience.
