摘  要:目的观察生物膜构建的密闭环境对大鼠新鲜创面愈合的影响并探讨其相关愈合机制。方法建立SD大鼠背部两侧的全层皮肤缺损动物模型40只,右侧创面行3M透明敷贴覆盖(观察组),左侧以凡士林油纱覆盖(对照组),次日开始每日换药1次,术后第3、7、14天随机选取10只大鼠,观察创面大体情况,留取标本行HE染色,剩余10只大鼠每日换药至创面完全上皮化(21 d)。比较四个时间节点的两组创面大体观察情况,以及病理切片组织变化情况。结果观察组创面愈合质量明显好于对照组,观察组在第3、7、14天时间节点创面愈合率明显高于对照组,创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);组织病理学提示:观察组大鼠创面愈合情况评分在第7、14天均明显高于对照组。结论生物膜构建的密闭环境可以缩短SD大鼠新鲜创面愈合时间,促进创面愈合,提高皮肤愈合质量。Objective To observe the effect of fresh wound healing in rats in closed enviroment constructed by biofilm and explore its related healing mechanism.Methods Skin fresh wounds were made in 40 SD rats in accordance with the literature.The rats were randomly divided into four groups according to the time node,group A(the third day),group B(the seventh day),group C(the fourteenth day),group D(the time of complete epithelialization).The thickness burn wound model in the rates back sides to spine as the axis of symmetry was made,and the wound on the back of right side of each rate was divided into experimental group(treated with 3M tegaderm films),the wound on the back of left side was divided into control group(treated with petrolatum gauzes).The wound healing and wound pathology was observed at the 3rd,7th,14th day after treatment.Each wound was measured at the 3rd,7th,14th day after treatment,as well as the scores of histopathological criteria.Results Experimental group's skin wound healing quality was much better than that of the control group.For experimental group in the time of A,B,C node,the wound healing rate was significantly higher than the control group,and the wound healing time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Experimental rat's wound healing of scoring in the seventh day,the 14th day were significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion The environment made by occlusive dressing with 3M tegaderm films can shorten the SD rats fresh wound healing time,promote wound healing,improve the quality of the regeneration of the skin.
