摘  要:目的:探讨CYP4F2基因表达量与冠心病(CAD)患者发生急性心肌梗死(AMI)的相关性。方法:利用生物信息学方法筛选CAD发生急性心肌梗死的差异表达基因,进一步收集临床资料验证差异基因在CAD及健康人群中的表达情况,并分析其与CAD发生AMI的相关性。结果:通过GEO数据库结合差异基因分析,筛选与CAD发生AMI有关的差异基因CYP4F2。此外,CAD患者血清CYP4F2表达显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01);CAD患者中,AMI患者血清CYP4F2表达显著高于非AMI患者(P<0.05)。结论:外周血中CYP4F2水平在CAD患者(尤其是发生AMI的患者)中显著升高,可作为诊断AMI的潜在血清标志物。Objective: To investigate the correlation between CYP4 F2 gene expression and acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD). Methods: Bioinformatics method was used to screen the differentially expressed genes in AMI of CAD cases, and clinical data were collected to verify the expression of differentially expressed genes in CAD and healthy population, and the correlation between the differentially expressed genes and AMI transmitted by CAD was analyzed. Results: By GEO database combined with differential gene analysis, CYP4 F2 was screened as a differential gene related to AMI in CAD. In addition, the expression of CYP4 F2 in CAD patients was significantly higher than that in healthy controls(P<0. 01);Among CAD patients, the expression of serum CYP4 F2 in AMI patients was significantly higher than that in non-AMI patients(P<0. 05).Conclusion: The level of CYP4 F2 in peripheral blood is significantly increased in patients with CAD,especially in those with AMI, and it can be used as a potential serum marker for the diagnosis of AMI.
