摘  要:富半胱氨酸61(Cyr61)作为CNN家族重要成员,是一种细胞外基质分子或细胞外信号分子,参与了细胞内、外信号的转导,影响细胞的生长、分化、黏附和运动,具有广泛的生物学特性。Cyr61蛋白由4个结构域构成,可以和不同的信号因子结合,扮演着十分吸引人的"兼职蛋白"的角色,在不同的生理、病理条件下拥有多重生物学功能。目前国内外对其功能和机制的研究已经成为热点。多项研究发现Cyr61差异性表达可能影响机体正常生理、病理及癌变等过程的发生发展。本文将对Cyr61在生物体内参与的表达调控、信号转导机制的最新研究作一综述。Cystein rich 61(Cyr61) is an important member of CNN family,it is classified as an extracellular matrix molecule or extracellular signaling molecule who has a wide range of biological characteristics in the transmission of intracellular and extracellular signals, affecting the growth, differentiation,adhesion and movement of cells. Cyr61 has four domains that bind to different signaling factors,playing an attractive role as a "part-time protein" with multiple biological functions in different physiological and pathological conditions. At present, the research on its function and mechanism has become a hot topic at home and abroad. A number of studies have found that the differential expression of Cyr61 may affect the normal, pathological and carcinogenic development of the body. In this paper, we will review the latest research on the expression regulation and signal transduction mechanism of Cyr61 in vivo.
