摘　　要：新时代中国提出了“四有”好教师的相关标准,文章以此标准对高校实验技术人员自我提升的方法进行了相关分析,需要抱有坚定的教书育人使命感,不断提升自我能力的责任感,坚持创新发展,增加学识的同时始终对学生饱有仁爱之心,以达到做“四有”好教师要求。In the new era,our country put forward the relevant standards of“four-have”good teachers.According to these standards,this paper has analyzed the method of self-improvement for the experimental technicians in university.To achieve the standards of“four-have”good teachers,it is necessary to have strong sense of educational mission,have sense of responsibility to improve the abilities persistently,insist on innovation and development,acquire more knowledge,and always treat students with a benevolent heart.
