磷酸镁水泥/糖槭界面剪切性能与酸碱度关系的研究

摘  要:以不同组分磷酸镁水泥的酸碱度及磷酸镁水泥/糖槭(Acer saccharum)界面性能作为研究对象。首先通过显微观测及拉拔试验法应力-应变曲线分析磷酸镁水泥/糖槭界面脆性断裂机理,再通过试验设计及数据拟合,针对含有不同组分的磷酸镁水泥/糖槭试件开展拉拔强度及pH值的测试,得到pH值与界面剪切强度呈负相关的关系,磷酸镁水泥胶材与玻璃化铝硅酸钙掺合对增强磷酸镁水泥/糖槭界面剪切强度效果较好,PVA纤维对界面剪切强度有负面影响。Various formulas of magnesium phosphate ceramics have been designed which containing magnesium phosphate ceramics binder,Portland cement,wollastonite,vitreous calcium aluminosilicate and PVA f iber.The interfacial shear strength and alkalinity between these magnesium phosphate ceramics and sugar maple(Acer saccharum)has been evaluated by means of a pullout test method.The brittle fracture properties have been analyzed via optical microscope and load-displacement curves.Model f itting of testing results indicate magnesium phosphate ceramics has a stronger interfacial strength with sugar maple if it has lower pH value,the interaction between magnesium phosphate ceramics binder and vitrif ied calcium aluminosilicate increase the shear strength.Interfacial shear strength decreased by adding PVA f iber.
