摘  要:以富含硫代硫酸铵、硫氰酸铵、硫酸铵的脱硫废液和硫膏为原料,经过干燥脱水和干燥等工艺处理后的含硫固态粉末,经过高温焚烧制得烟气生产优质硫酸产品,此工艺是目前以氨为碱源焦炉煤气湿法脱硫工艺副产物综合处理的最优方案。过程中控制副产稀硫酸产生量及稀硫酸在焦化传统工艺过程中规划其工艺利用方案,从而做到以氨法脱硫的废液和硫膏产物完全资源化,为焦化企业解决环保问题的同时,为焦化企业创造了良好的经济效益。With rich in sulfur generation of ammonium sulfate,ammonium thiocyanate,ammonium sulfate desulphurization waste liquid and sulfur cream as raw material,after dealing with the drying dehydration and drying process of solid sulfur powder,after high temperature incineration flue gas production high quality product,sulfate made this technology is currently with ammonia as alkaline source of coke oven gas desulfurization by wet process by-product comprehensive treatment of the optimal solution.In the process of controlling the by-product of dilute sulfuric acid production and dilute sulfuric acid in the traditional process of coking process planning its process utilization scheme,so as to achieve the ammonia desulfurization of waste liquid and sulfur paste products completely resource,for the coking enterprise to solve environmental problems at the same time,but also for the coking enterprise to create good economic benef its.
