摘　　要：文章综述了黄酮类化合物的结构、提取、分离纯化的方法及其生物活性的作用,并对各种提取与分离的方法的优缺点进行对比,同时对黄酮类化合物的提取与分离的研究应用前景进行了展望。This article reviews the structure,extraction,separation and purif ication methods and their biological activity,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various extraction and separation methods.At the same time,the research and application prospect of extraction and separation of flavonoids were prospected.
