摘  要:中国是氯碱化工大国,相关化工企业数量众多,烧碱年产量也位列世界前列。工业盐电解过程中,将产生氯气与金属钠等中间产物,其储存设备的泄漏除需考虑氯气扩散引起人员中毒的风险外,还需考虑金属钠遇水反应生成大量氢气引起的爆炸风险,相关最大安全距离需取两类风险的最大值。通过对内蒙古某企业拟新建的高端化学品生产线液氯及金属钠储存设施进行评估得出结论,两类储存设施发生泄漏的最大安全距离为17 m,在该范围内应尽量不要出现人员密集建筑,新建生产线发生液氯及金属钠泄漏事故的个人风险与社会风险均符合标准与规范要求,安全性达标。China is a big country of chlorine alkali chemical industry.There are many related chemical enterprises,and the annual output of caustic soda is also in the forefront of the world.In the process of industrial salt electrolysis,chlorine and sodium etc.Intermediates will be produced.Therefore,as well as the risk of poisoning caused by chlorine,the explosion risk caused by the large amount of hydrogen generated by the reaction of sodium and water should be considered.The safety distance should be the maximum values of the two kinds of risks.The leakage risks of the liquid chlorine and sodium of a new high-end chemical production line in an Inner Mongolia enterprise has been evaluated.The maximum safety distance is 17 m.The densely populated buildings should not be in this area.And the personal risk and social risk of the leakage accident of this production line meet the requirements of the standards,the safety meets the standard..
