摘  要:在石油化工领域,换热器是一种可以提高能源利用效率的重要设备,在整体项目投资占比在20%左右。缠绕管式换热器作为一种高效紧凑的换热设备,具有传热系数高、换热效率好、结构紧凑、可同时进行多种介质的换热、管侧耐高压、换热管热膨胀可自行补偿等优点,它强化了传热效果,减小热损失,节约占地空间。对整个装置来说,减少单位换热投资,节约成本。文章介绍了缠绕管式换热器的内部结构,借助增产丁烯-1项目中进出料换热器作为实例,提出了对于缠绕管式换热器传热部分的计算方法。结合工厂实际运行参数,进行和分析和比较。同时也证明了这套针对缠绕管式换热器的传热计算方法是合理且可靠可行的。In the petrochemical industry,heat exchanger is an important equipment that can improve the eff iciency of energy use,accounting for about 20%of the overall project investment.The coiled tube heat exchanger as a highly eff icient and compact heat transfer equipment with advantages such as high heat transfer coeff icient,good heat transfer eff iciency,compact structure,using a variety of media heat transfer also,the high-pressure resistance of tube side,self-compensating heat exchanger tube thermal expansion,greatly strengthens the heat transfer effect,reduces heat loss,saves space and reduces the subsequent cooling load.For the whole device,reduce the unit heat exchange investment and save costs.This paper introduces the internal structure of the coiled tube heat exchanger and heat transfer calculations are carried out with the help of the inlet and outlet heat exchangers in the butene-1 production increasing project as an example.It is analyzed and compared with the actual operating parameters of the plant.It is also demonstrated that this heat transfer calculation method for the coiled tube heat exchangers is reasonable,reliable and feasible.
