摘　　要：随着时代的进步,科技不断发展,国家越来越重视石油化工产业,石油化工产业使国家的经济水平不断提高,发展更有动力。为了能够让石油化工产业提供源源不断的动力,相关的专业人员发现HSE理论,使石油化工产业的管理向科学方向发展。文章对于HSE理论的概念和内涵进行剖析,对石化仪表自动化设计中引入HSE理念的效果进行分析,使在石油化工生产中“安全第一”的理念深入人心。With the progress of the times and the continuous development of science and technology,the state pays more and more attention to the petrochemical industry.The petrochemical industry has continuously improved the national economic level and more driving force for development.In order to provide continuous power for the petrochemical industry,relevant professionals found HSE theory and made the management of the petrochemical industry develop in a scientif ic direction.This paper analyzes the concept and connotation of HSE theory,and analyzes the effect of introducing HSE concept into Petrochemical Instrument automation design,so as to make the concept of“safety f irst”deeply rooted in the hearts of the people in petrochemical production.
