摘  要:油井出砂严重制约油田的提液增产,对经济效益影响极大。地层砂进入处理流程也对设备的处理效果造成了严重的负面影响,随着设备积砂的增多,影响也随之加深。高效、快速的清理处理设备中的积砂,保障流程运行的稳定性,提升设备的处理效果,最大限度的降低地层砂的不利影响,对于现场处理单元来说,是流程控制的重中之重。现场人员通过对流程全面的排查与分析,从设备结构、作业程序、控制逻辑等多方面入手,以技术分析与现场实验相结合的论证方式确定解决方案,通过增大排砂波及面,改造排砂流程、优化排砂作业程序等措施,有效降低了流程生产分离器、斜板除油器的积砂影响,提升了流程处理效果。为后期类似流程的设计提供了参考和借鉴。Sand production in oil wells seriously restricts the fluid extraction and production increase of oil f ields,and has a great impact on economic benef its;The formation sand into the treatment process also has a serious negative impact on the treatment effect of the equipment.With the increase of sand accumulation in the equipment,the impact is also deepened.Eff icient and rapid cleaning of sand in the treatment equipment,ensuring the stability of process operation,improving the treatment effect of equipment,and minimizing the adverse impact of formation sand,is the top priority of process control for the f ield treatment unit.Through the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the process,the f ield personnel,starting from the equipment structure,operation procedure,control logic and other aspects,determined the solution by combining the technical analysis with the f ield experiment,and effectively reduced the production cost of the process separator and the production cost by increasing the sweep area of sand discharge,reforming the sand discharge process,optimizing the sand discharge operation procedure and other measures Because of the influence of sand accumulation of inclined plate degreaser,the treatment effect of the process is improved.It provides a reference for the later design of similar processes.
