摘　　要：文章阐述了气化炉排灰装置设计结构存在问题,影响气化炉长周期稳定运行,检修工作量大,维护困难。同时针对存在的问题提出了改进措施。This paper describes the design structure of the ash removal device,affecting the stable operation of the gasif ier,the large maintenance workload and the maintenance diff iculties.At the same time,improvement measures are proposed for the existing problems.
