摘  要:无机硅固体颗粒在制备时,需要进行造粒。现有造粒设备在实际应用中存在以下问题:连续造粒过程中,存在固液混合不均匀,导致生成的结晶体过大以及部分固体物料未接触液体物料。为了将固态晶粒聚集体充分打散,造粒设备的搅拌装置须高转速,增加了设备耗损,同时影响造粒温度。针对现有技术的不足,研发一种无机硅造粒装置,该造粒装置可使固液混合均匀、除去铁性异物、控制料液温度,并且降低搅拌装置转速就可使固态晶粒聚集体充分打散。In the preparation of inorganic silicon solid particles,the granulation process is needed.There are the following problems in the practical application of the existing granulation equipment.In the continuous granulation process,there is uneven solid-liquid mixing,resulting in too large crystals and some solid materials do not contact with liquid materials,In order to fully disperse the solid grain aggregates,the stirring device of the granulation equipment needs high speed,which increases the equipment consumption and affects the granulation temperature.In view of the shortcomings of the existing technology,a kind of inorganic silicon granulation device is developed.The granulation device can make the solid and liquid mix evenly,remove the iron foreign matters,control the temperature of the material liquid,and reduce the rotating speed of the stirring device,so that the solid grain aggregates can be fully dispersed.
