摘　　要：在不锈钢生产中,冷轧退火酸洗线有着至关重要的作用。目前国内的冷轧不锈钢退火酸洗仍以传统工艺为主,随着科技的进步和面对越来越严峻的市场压力,显然传统的工艺已经无法满足当今社会使用需求。当前国内普遍存在冷轧退火生产能力低下,钢卷表面清洁度差的问题,故而迫切需要制定改进退火表面清洁度的具体方案,优化退火工艺,提升产品一次合格率。文章将简述冷轧不锈钢退火酸洗线的几种工艺,并分析其优势。In the production and manufacture of stainless steel,cold-rolled annealing pickling line plays an important role.At present,the traditional technology is still the main process in the domestic cold-rolled stainless steel annealing and pickling.With the progress of science and technology and the increasingly severe market pressure,it is obvious that the traditional technology can not meet the needs of the current society.At present,there are many problems in domestic cold rolling annealing production capacity and poor surface cleanliness of steel coil.Therefore,it is urgent to formulate specif ic plans to improve the surface cleanliness of annealing,optimize annealing process and improve the primary qualif ication rate of products.The following paper will briefly describe the annealing pickling line of cold rolled stainless steel and analyze its advantages.
