摘  要:为明确玫瑰光合生理变化规律,选择抗寒优良无性系1#为试验对象,利用紫外分光光度计和Li-6400测定L_(3)(75%±3%)、L_(2)(50%±3%)、L_(1)(25%±3%)、L_(0)(CK)等4种光照强度下的光合生理特性.结果表明:随着光照强度的减弱,玫瑰叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素和总叶绿素含量上升,叶绿素a/b下降.L_(3)、L_(1)、L_(0)光照强度下的净光合速率(P_(n))日变化为单峰曲线,不存在光合午休,L_(2)光照强度下的P n日变化曲线为双峰曲线,存在光合午休;胞间CO_(2)浓度(C_(i))日变化曲线为降低-平缓-上升,呈“V”形,气孔限制值(L_(s))日变化曲线为先上升后下降,为倒“V”形;由主成分分析可知,前两个主成分累计贡献率达87.167%;选出P_(n)、L_(s)、光合有效辐射(PAR)和蒸腾速率(T_(r))等4个光合主导因子进行综合评价,结果可知,L_(1)光照强度最适合玫瑰进行光合作用.In order to clarify the physiological changes of Rosa rugosa Thunb.,select its excellent cold-resistant clone 1^(#) as the test object,use UV spectrophotometer and Li-6400 to measure photosynthetic physiological characteristics under four light intensities,L_(3)(75%±3%),L_(2)(50%±3%),L_(1)(25%±3%),L_(0)(CK).The results show that the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoids and total chlorophyll increases,and chlorophyll a/b decreases with the decrease of light intensity.The daily change of net photosynthetic rates(P_(n))under the light intensity of L_(3),L_(1) and L_(0) is a single-peak curve,and there is no photosynthetic lunch break.The daily change of P n under the light intensity of L_(2) is a bimodal curve,and there is a photosynthetic lunch break;The daily change curve of intercelluar CO_(2) concentration(C_(i))is decreasing-slowly-rising,which is in a“V”shape,and the daily change curve of limitation value(L_(s))is first rising and then falling,which is an inverted“V”shape.According to the principal component analysis,the cumulative contribution rate of the first two principal components reached 87.167%.Four photosynthetic dominant factors including P n,L s,photosynthetic radiation(PAR)and transpiration rate(T_(r))are seleced to comprehensively evaluate,the results show that L_(1) light intensity is the most suitable for photosynthesis of Rosa rugosa Thunb.
