摘　　要：目的探讨尺侧副韧带前束与尺骨冠突的解剖学关系,为临床根据尺骨冠突骨折线的位置判断尺侧副韧带有无损伤提供参考依据.方法选取国人40例防腐处理的成人肘关节“骨-韧带”标本,所选标本尺侧副韧带前束止点在尺骨冠突前内侧面分布的解剖结构完整.取滑车切迹最低点沿尺骨长轴向两端的延长线作为测量尺骨冠突高度的基线,用游标卡尺分别测量每例标本中尺骨冠突高度、尺侧副韧带前束止点最高点和最低点至基线的垂直距离,通过尺骨冠突高度计算得出其1/2高度.结果40例标本按尺侧副韧带前束止点在尺骨冠突前内侧面分布的解剖位置分为3类:第1类,尺侧副韧带前束止点的最低点位于尺骨冠突1/2高度处以上,本组9例(22.50%);第2类,尺侧副韧带前束止点的最高点位于尺骨冠突1/2高度处,同时最低点位于尺骨冠突1/2高度处以下,本组21例(52.50%);第3类,尺侧副韧带前束止点最高点位于尺骨冠突1/2高度处以下,本组10例(25.00%).结论当肘关节“恐怖三联征”尺骨冠突骨折线达到或超过原尺骨冠突1/2高度处时,应常规行肘关节内侧入路探查修复尺侧副韧带,恢复肘关节稳定性.Objective To investigate the anatomical relationship between the anterior bundle of the ulnar colla-teral ligament and the ulnar coronoid process and to determine whether there is an injury to the ulnar collateral ligament based on the position of the ulnar coronoid fracture line,so as to provide a practical reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodForty elbow joint“bone-ligament”specimens(embalmed)of adults were rand-omly selected.All specimens met the following criteria:the anatomical integrity of the anterior bundle stop of the ulnar collateral ligament distributed on the anteromedial aspect of the ulnar coronoid process.The glide notch was used as the lowest point,and extension lines were made along the long axis of the ulna to each end.This line was used as the baseline for measuring the height of the ulnar coronoid process.Vernier calipers were selected to measure the height of the ulnar coronoid process,the vertical distance from the highest and lowest points of the anterior bundle stop of the ulnar collateral ligament to the baseline in each specimen,respectively.From this,its 1/2 height was calculated from the ulnar coronoid height.ResultsBased on the anatomical position of the anterior bundle stop of the ulnar collateral ligament in the anteromedial distribution of the ulnar coronoid process,40 specimens were then divided into three groups.Group 1:The lowest point of the anterior bundle stop of the ulnar collateral ligament was located above the 1/2 height of the ulnar coronoid process in 9 cases(22.50%);Group 2:The highest point of the anterior bundle stop of the ulnar collateral ligament was located above the 1/2 height of the ulnar coronoid process,and the lowest point was located below the 1/2 height of the ulnar coronoid process in 21 cases(52.50%);Group 3:The highest point of the anterior bundle stop of the ulnar collateral ligament was located below 1/2 height of the ulnar coronoid process,in a total of 10 cases(25.00%).ConclusionWhen the fracture line of the ulnar coronoid of the
