摘 要:本研究以废旧厂房改造为民宿的实践为出发点,以浙江省衢州市开化县芳村某民宿为研究对象,通过实地调研发现其存在的问题及不足,以可持续发展、生态节能为目标,以DesignBuilder能耗模拟软件为手段,分析不同围护结构的节能贡献率,总结不同窗墙比对民宿节能性影响的变化规律,并针对场地室外热环境布局、建筑平面组织、建筑围护结构改造顺序提出相应的改造策略,试图为今后民宿改造设计提供指导。The paper starts from the practice of renovating the discarded old plant into home-stay,and takes a home-stay in Fangcun village in Kaihua County,Quzhou,Zhejiang as the research object.Through field investigation,the existing problems and shortcomings are found.Taking sustainable development,ecological and energy saving as goals,by means of“DesignBuilder”,energy consumption simulation software,the paper analyzes the energy-saving contribution rate of different maintenance structure.Then the paper summarizes the changing law of the influence of different window-wall ratios on the energy conservation of B&B,and puts forward the corresponding transformation strategies according to the layout of outdoor thermal environment,building plane organization and reconstruction sequence of building maintenance structure,with a view to provide guidance for the renovation design of B&B in the future.
