摘　　要：青岛近代金融业的繁荣在20世纪初昙花一现,留下了大量优秀的金融建筑。通过对青岛现存近代金融建筑的充分调研,以及对青岛金融业发展脉络的充分学习,分析总结青岛近代金融建筑的风格类型特征,审视其与青岛金融业发展的关系,并为青岛近代金融建筑再利用的使用后评估提供理论研究依据。The prosperity of Qingdao’s financial industry in modern times was short-lived in the early twentieth century,leaving behind a large number of excellent financial buildings.Through a full investigation of the existing modern financial architecture in Qingdao and a full study on the development context of Qingdao’s finance industry,this paper analyzes and summarizes the style and characteristics of Qingdao’s modern financial architecture,examines its relationship with the development of Qingdao’s financial industry,and provides theoretical research basis for the post-use evaluation of the reuse of the modern financial buildings in Qingdao.
