摘  要:目前很多设计院抓住时代机遇,积极开展工程三维数字化设计,逐步实现了传统二维设计向三维协同设计的转变。笔者通过总结工程实例,列举了方案设计阶段、施工图设计阶段、交付施工和运维阶段的BIM技术特点,高度提炼与传统二维设计相比的差异性优势。旨在推广开展三维协同设计,用实际设计效果说明三维协同设计有助于提高设计质量和保证全生命周期的信息传递,是工程设计技术发展的必然趋势。At present,many design institutes seize the opportunity of the times and carry out three-dimensional digital design actively,gradually realizing the transformation from traditional two-dimensional design to three-dimensional collaborative design.By summarizing the engineering cases,the paper summarizes the technical characteristics of BIM in scheme design stage,construction drawing design stage,delivery construction stage and operation and maintenance stage,and highly refines the difference advantage of BIM compared with traditional two-dimensional design.The purpose of this paper is to popularize the 3D collaborative design,and to prove with actual design that the 3D collaborative design is helpful to improve the design quality and ensure the information transmission of the whole life cycle,and 3D collaborative design is the inevitable trend for the development of engineering design technology.
