摘　　要：昆山市周市镇养老院项目周边建设环境复杂,决定了地下工程施工安全性管理为重中之重。本文主要通过对地下工程施工的安全性分析,采用专家调查法进行风险识别,获得影响生产的风险因素并采取相应措施。安全管理措施包括施工污水与泥浆处理、雨季施工、夜间施工、地下清障、工程桩的保护、周边建筑物的保护等方面。通过昆山市周市镇养老院项目地下工程的施工安全管理研究,在工程实践中保证了项目施工安全,获得了良好的效益,为类似工程施工提供借鉴。The surrounding environment of the project of Zhoushi nursing home in Kunshan is complex,and the safety management of the underground works is the most important.This paper mainly introduces the safety analysis of underground engineering construction,uses expert investigation method to identify the risk,obtains the risk factors affecting production and takes corresponding measures.Safety management measures include construction sewage and mud treatment,rainy season construction,night construction,underground clearance,the protection of piles,the protection of surrounding buildings,and so on.Based on the research and practice of the construction safety management of the underground project of Zhoushi nursing home in Kunshan,the safety construction of the project is guaranteed,and good benefits are obtained.It provides a reference for the construction of similar projects.
