摘 要:目的利用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)测量和评价拉萨地区健康成人心肺血管直径.方法选择常住于拉萨地区健康体检或入院前新型冠状病毒肺炎筛查患者.所有纳入患者均行常规胸部MSCT检查,通过查阅病史,排除心肺疾病.共纳入483例,患者按年龄分为1~6组,分别为16~25岁,26~35岁,36~45岁,46~55岁,56~65岁和>65岁.所有患者在深吸气后屏住呼吸进行扫描,所得图像进行1.5mm薄层重建,随后上传至图像存档与传输系统(PACS).由2名具有多年胸部放射诊断经验的医生在PACS上独立测量各年龄组的主肺动脉直径、升主动脉直径、降主动脉直径、心脏最大径、胸廓内径,计算主肺动脉与升主动脉、主肺动脉与降主动脉、升主动脉与降主动脉比值及心胸比,并进行统计分析.结果主肺动脉、升主动脉、降主动脉直径分别为(2.75±0.5)cm、(2.98±0.45)cm、(2.40±0.43)cm,心脏最大径及胸廓内径分别为(11.09±1.26)cm、(25.97±2.14)cm.随着年龄的增加上述心肺血管直径及心脏最大径逐渐递增,组间方差分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).各年龄组中男性心肺血管直径及心脏最大径略大于女性,但主肺动脉直径在各组中不同性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).主肺动脉与升主动脉、主肺动脉与降主动脉、升主动脉与降主动脉比值及心胸比分别为0.87±0.11、1.16±0.1、1.33±0.14、0.43±0.05,各组中不同性别间主肺动脉与升主动脉比值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论采用MSCT能简单有效测量拉萨地区健康成人心肺血管直径,随着年龄增加拉萨地区藏族人群心肺血管直径及心脏最大径逐渐递增,相似年龄条件下男性略大于女性.Objective To measure and evaluate the cardiopulmonary vascular diameter of healthy adults in Lhasa with multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT).Methods Patients who lived in Lhasa and visited for physical examination or COVID-19 screening before admission were selected.All included patients underwent routine chest MSCT examination,and patients with cardiopulmonary diseases were excluded by referring to their medical history.The included patients were divided into 1-6 groups according to age,which were 16-25,26-35,36-45,46-55,56-65,and>65 years old,respectively.After deep inhalation,all patients held their breath for scanning,and the CT image was reconstructed with a thin layer of 1.5 mm,which was then uploaded to the picture archiving and communicating system(PACS)system.Two physicians with years of experience in chest radiography independently measured the diameter of main pulmonary artery,ascending aorta,descending aorta,maximum diameter of heart,and inner diameter of chest in each group on PACS system.The main pulmonary artery and the ascending aorta,the main pulmonary artery and the descending aorta,the ascending aorta and the descending aorta,cardiothoracic ratio were calculated.Then statistical analysis was carried out.Results The diameters of the main pulmonary artery,ascending aorta and descending aorta were(2.75±0.5)cm,(2.98±0.45)cm and(2.40±0.43)cm.respectively.The maximum heart diameter and thoracic diameter were(11.09±1.26)cm and(25.97±2.14)cm,respectively.With the increase of age,the diameter of the above-mentioned cardiopulmonary vascular and the maximum diameter of heart gradually increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In each age group,the diameter of the cardiopulmonary vascular and the maximum diameter of heart were slightly larger in men than those in women,but there was no significant difference in the diameter of the main pulmonary artery between different genders(P>0.05).The ratios of main pulmonary artery to ascending aorta,main pulmonary artery to descending aorta,asce
