摘  要:目的初步探索能谱纯化结合高级迭代重建在儿童胸部超低剂量CT的应用前景.方法选取行CT检查的儿童患者22例,同一患者2次CT检查分别行低剂量和超低剂量2种扫描方式,分为低剂量组和超低剂量组,对照比较2组影像和辐射剂量区别,随访患者,咨询健康恢复情况,查看CT结果与临床确诊结果.结果超低剂量组评分3分以上占77.3%,低剂量组3分以上占100%;2组图像满足诊断要求率100%.有效剂量超低剂量组比低剂量组降低了54.17%;2组图像质量评分及辐射剂量均有统计学差异.22例患者随访治疗效果均较好,CT诊断结果与临床确诊一致.结论在配备有能谱纯化技术,高级迭代重建,自动管电流技术的设备,开展超低剂量儿童胸部CT检查是可行的,完全能应用于儿童的CT复查.Objective To explore the prospect of selected photon shield combined with advanced iterative reconstruction in child chest ultra-low dose CT.Methods Twenty-two children underwent CT examination were selected,and two CT examinations of the same patient were divided into low dose and ultra-low dose group,corresponding to underwent low dose and ultra-low dose scanning.The images and radiation dose were compared between the two groups,the patients’recovery situation was followed up,and CT diagnosis and clinical diagnosis results were checked.Results For CT imaging,77.3%of the patients in the ultra-low dose group scored over 3 points,100%in the low dose group scored over 3 points,and all of the images in both the two groups met the diagnostic requirements with the rate of 100%.The effective dose of ultra-low dose group was 54.17%,which was lower than that of low dose group.There were statistical differences on image quality score and radiation dose in both the two groups.All 22 patients recovered well in the follow-up,and CT diagnosis was consistent with clinical diagnosis.Conclusion It is feasible to carry out chest CT examination of children with ultra-low dose with the equipment having selected photon shield technology,advanced iterative reconstruction,and automatic tube current modulation technology,which can be fully applied in CT re-examination for children.
