摘  要:随着现代铸造工艺技术的发展,满足各大型砂处理工序需求的技术装备成为铸造生产的关键,其重点是核心装备技术的先进性、可靠性。介绍了转子混砂机、双质体振动落砂机和机械强力搓磨再生机的研发与设计。With the development of modern casting technology,technical equipment that meets the needs of various large-scale sand processing procedures has become the key to casting production,and the focus is on the advancement and reliability of core equipment technology.The research and design of rotor sand mixer,double-mass vibration shake-out machine and mechanical strong rubbing re-generator have been introduced.
