摘　　要：抛丸强化能够提高表面硬度、减少表面缺陷,是提高弹簧寿命的重要手段。设计了一种用于弹簧抛丸强化的设备。为使得“弹丸束”能完全覆盖弹簧表面,弹簧要自转并轴向移动。两个同向转动的滚子支撑并驱动弹簧自转,滚子之间距离可调以适应不同直径弹簧,而弹簧的水平移动则由特制的皮带传动完成。该弹簧抛丸强化机技术参数达设计要求。尚需进一步研究抛丸强化工艺,以期达到更好的强化效果。Shot blasting strengthening can improve surface hardness and reduce surface defects,which is an important means to improve spring life.A device for spring shot blasting strengthening has been designed.In order to make the"projectile beam"completely cover the surface of the spring,the spring must rotate and move axially.Two rollers rotating in the same direction support and drive the spring to rotate.The distance between the rollers can be adjusted to accommodate springs of different diameters.The horizontal movement of the springs is completed by a special belt drive.The technical parameters of the spring shot blasting strengthening machine meet the design requirements.Further research on the shot blasting strengthening process is needed in order to achieve a better strengthening effect.
