摘　　要：180PQF无缝轧线为拓展轧制无缝钢管的品种,需对连轧辊的设计进行改进,加宽连轧辊辊身长度,造成现在使用的铸铁连轧辊出现辊身剥落的问题,铸钢连轧辊出现粘钢严重问题,为此进行轧辊材质的改进,研发连轧辊新材质,稳定轧辊性能,提高轧制量,增强轧辊抗事故能力,适应轧线需求。In order to expand the variety of seamless steel pipes,the 180PQF seamless rolling line needs to improve the design of the continuous roll and widen the length of the continuous roll body,which causes the problem of roll body spalling in the cast iron continuous roll currently used.The continuous roll has a serious problem of sticking steel.For this reason,the material of the roll has been improved,and new materials of the continuous roll have been developed to stabilize the performance of the roll,increase the rolling volume,enhance the roll's ability to resist accidents,and meet the needs of the rolling line.
