摘　　要：通过介绍根据铸铁件侵入性气孔的外观特征进行鉴别的方法,分析了侵入性气孔的三种形成原因,通过案例对其形成原因进行分析,提出防止产生侵入性气孔缺陷的方法,并举例进行了论证,实践证明可有效防止侵入性气孔缺陷的产生,提高产品质量。The appearance characteristics of intrusive blowhole have been introduced.The reasons for the formation of intrusive blowhole have been analyzed.The formation reasons have been analyzed through cases.The methods to prevent blowhole defects have been proposed and demonstrated with examples,which can improve product quality.
