摘 要:研究了低温除杂剂加入方式和加入量对铝合金液减压试样密度、合金力学性能的影响,分析了除杂剂加入对合金元素Mg和Sr烧损率的变化。试验结果表明:机械加入方式的处理效果明显好于手工加入方式,在机械加入方式下,1%的加入量除杂效果较好,而随着加入量的增加,Mg和Sr的烧损率均增加。The influence of the addition method and amount of low-temperature impurity remover on the density of aluminum alloy liquid decompression sample and the mechanical properties of the alloy has been studied.The change of the alloy element Mg and Sr burning loss rate by adding impurity remover has been analyzed.The test results show that the treatment effect of the mechanical addition method is significantly better than that of the manual addition method.In the mechanical addition method,the 1%addition amount has a better impurity removal effect,and as the addition amount increases,the burning loss rates of Mg and Sr increase.
