我国新生儿病房建设取得的成就彰显党为人民谋健康的实践成果

摘　　要：新生儿病房是指对新生儿进行医疗诊治的病室或医疗单元,合理规划的新生儿病房是救治患病新生儿的基础支撑,可降低新生儿死亡率、促进新生儿医学发展。我国新生儿病房发展起步虽晚,但在党和政府的大力支持下,在众多儿科前辈专家学者们的逐步探索和实践中,我国新生儿学科的诊治技术逐渐接近世界先进水平,新生儿病房的建设成效显著。新生儿死亡率得到了极大改善,由新中国成立前的58‰降低至2020年的3.4‰。党和各级政府积极推动基层医院新生儿学科的建设,由中国医师协会新生儿科医师分会制定的《中国新生儿病房分级建设与管理指南(建议案)》问世,对加快我国新生儿病房分级建设和促进新生儿医学专业事业发展发挥了巨大助推作用。一代代新生儿医务工作者在党和政府的领导下不忘初心、砥砺前行,创造了一个个发展奇迹,守护了一个个新生命,把党的温暖传递给了千万个幸福家庭,充分彰显了党为人民谋健康的初心和使命。The neonatal ward refers to the ward or medical unit for diagnosis and treatment of newborns.A reasonably planned neonatal ward is the basic support for the treatment of sick newborns,which can reduce neonatal mortality and promote the development of neonatal medicine.Although the development of neonatal wards in China started late,with the strong support of the Party and the government,and the gradual exploration and practice of many pediatric experts and scholars,the diagnosis and treatment technology of neonatology in China is gradually approaching the world’s advanced level.The construction of neonatal wards is significantly effective.The neonatal mortality has been greatly reduced,from 58‰before the founding of the People’s Republic of China to 3.4‰in 2020.The Party and the government at various levels have actively promoted the construction of neonatal subjects in primary hospitals,and Neonatologist Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association have formulated the"Guidelines for the Grading Construction and Management of Neonatal Wards in China(Recommendations)",which greatly promote the grading construction of neonatal wards and the special development of neonatal medicine in China.Under the leadership of the Party and the government,health workers have painstakingly created miracles of development,guarded new lives and passed the Party’s warmth to families.A series of achievements have fully demonstrated the Party’s wise leadership and the aspiration and mission of commitment to health for the people.
