摘 要:目的探讨1型糖尿病(T_(1)DM)患儿血清程序性细胞死亡受体1(PD-1)及其配体和相关细胞因子水平变化及临床意义。方法选取2017年9月至2018年10月于新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院就诊的45例T_(1)DM患儿(T_(1)DM组),另选取同时期于本院体检健康的35例儿童(健康对照组)。比较2组血清PD-1、程序性细胞死亡受体配体1(PD-L1)、PD-L2、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、IL-17、调节性T细胞(Treg)、γ干扰素的表达水平。分析各细胞因子间的相关性。结果T_(1)DM组血清PD-L2、Treg水平均高于健康对照组[(209±200)ng/L比(97±36)ng/L、(27±20)μg/L比(17±14)μg/L],IL-17水平低于健康对照组[(257±168)ng/L比(328±160)ng/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。T_(1)DM组Treg/IL-17比值高于健康对照组[0.098(0.046,0.203)比0.044(0.002,0.105)],差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,PD-L2与IL-17、Treg均无明显相关(r=0.158、0.203,P=0.301、0.180)。结论T_(1)DM患儿血清PD-L2、Treg水平较高,IL-17水平较低,PD-L2与IL-17、Treg均无明显相关。Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significances of serum programmed cell death-1(PD-1)and its ligands and related cytokines in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T_(1)DM).Methods From September 2017 to October 2018,45 children with T_(1)DM admitted to People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were enrolled(T_(1)DM group),and 35 healthy children undergoing physical examination at the same period in the hospital were enrolled(healthy control group).The serum levels of PD-1,programmed cell death-ligand 1(PD-L1),PD-L2,interleukin-4(IL-4),IL-17,regulatory T cells(Treg)and interferon-γwere compared between the two groups.The correlations among cytokines were analyzed.Results The serum levels of PD-L2 and Treg in T_(1)DM group were higher than those in healthy control group[(209±200)ng/L vs(97±36)ng/L,(27±20)μg/L vs(17±14)μg/L],and IL-17 level in T_(1)DM group was lower than that in healthy control group[(257±168)ng/L vs(328±160)ng/L](all P<0.05).The Treg/IL-17 value in T_(1)DM group was higher than that in healthy control group[0.098(0.046,0.203)vs 0.044(0.002,0.105)](P=0.001).Pearson correlated analysis showed that there were no significant correlations between PD-L2 and IL-17,Treg(r=0.158,0.203;P=0.301,0.180).Conclusions The serum levels of PD-L2 and Treg in children with T_(1)DM are high,and IL-17 level is low.There were no significant correlations between PD-L2 and IL-17,Treg.
