摘　　要：当前,生态环境问题是可持续发展道路上的拦路虎,如果不加以控制,不仅影响人与自然和谐,也有损地方形象,不利于经济发展。走绿色发展之路,加快资源利用方式转变,让良好生态环境成为人民生活的增长点,是经济社会可持续发展的必然要求。河南省多次形成文件,倡议文明健康、绿色环保的生活方式。推进生产生活方式绿色化,少不了从供给侧改革入手。把节能环保培育成我国一个支柱性产业,是一个很好的抓手。社会能耗的"大老虎"是建筑能耗,约占总量的近一半,建筑能耗总量大、增长快、用能效率低、排污重,是生态文明建设中一个不容忽视的问题。而以工业固体废弃物、矿渣、石膏等为主要原材料的新型墙材,不但能避免毁林、毁田造成的生态破坏,还能大大降低建筑能耗。开发与此相关的新技术,推广到市场,是紧迫的。At present,ecological and environmental issues are a roadblock on the road to sustainable development.If they are not controlled,they will not only affect the harmony between man and nature,but also damage the image of the place and are not conducive to economic development.It is necessary for the sustainable development of economy and society to take the road of green development,speed up the transformation of resource utilization,and make the good ecological environment become a growth point for people’s life.Henan Province has formed documents many times,advocating a civilized,healthy,and green lifestyle.To promote green production and lifestyle,it is indispensable to start with supply-side reforms.Cultivating energy conservation and environmental protection into a pillar industry in my country is a good starting point.The"big tiger"of social energy consumption is building energy consumption,which accounts for nearly half of the total.The large amount of building energy consumption,the rapid growth,the low energy use efficiency and the heavy pollution discharge are a problem that cannot be ignored in the construction of ecological civilization.The new wall materials with industrial solid waste,slag,gypsum,and so on as the main raw materials can not only avoid ecological damage caused by deforestation and land destruction,but also greatly reduce building energy consumption.It is urgent to develop new technologies related to this and promote them to the market.
