档案数据质量要素识别及智能化保障探究--以昆柳龙直流工程项目档案为例

摘　　要：通过回顾档案数据质量及其保障方式的相关研究,分析现有研究的局限性;以昆柳龙直流工程为典型性案例,遵循扎根理论“边收集边分析”的特点和“三级编码”的步骤对所获得的280条观察记录进行定性分析,归纳出概念与范畴。对编码结果分析发现,档案数据质量要素主要包括档案内容的规范、档案内容的完整、档案数量的齐全、档案分类的科学、档案鉴定的精准、档案组卷的合理、档案编目的规范及档案签章的合规。上述质量要素难以依靠人工方式得到有效保障,需要引入智能技术赋能的思维,挖掘档案数据质量保障的智能化实现方式,通过符合性智能审查保障档案数据自身的质量,通过智能化业务保障档案数据的过程质量,实现以“智”提“质”。Based on reviewing the related research on the quality of archival data and the method of its guarantee,the study explores the limitations of existing research and finds an entry point for the research.Taking the Kunliulong DC project as a typical case,the 280 observation records obtained are qualitatively analyzed ba^sed on the characteristics of the grounded theory-collecting while analyzing,and the concepts and categories are summarized through the steps of three-level coding.After data analysis,it is found that the quality elements of archival data mainly include the accuracy of archives'content,the completeness of archives’content,the completeness of archives’quantity,the scientificity of archives’classification,the correctness of archives’appraisal,the rationality of archives’filing,the normalization of archives’cataloging and the compliance of archives’signatures.The above quality elements are difficult to be effectively guaranteed by manual methods.It is necessary to introduce intelligent technology empowerment thinking,explore the intelligent guarantee of the archival data quality by ensuring the quality of original archive data through intelligent compliance reviewing,and ensuring the process quality of archives through intelligent business.
