外部金融联系有助于改善地区产业升级优化吗?--基于长三角城市群26市的实证研究  

Does External Financial Connection Help to Improve Regional Industrial Upgrading and Optimization?--An Empirical Study of 26 Cities in Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration

摘　　要：本文基于引力模型测算2005~2019年长三角城市群26市的金融空间联系,采用传统OLS模型与空间杜宾模型实证探究外部金融联系对地区产业结构升级优化的影响。结果发现:长三角地区整体金融联系增强,由单一线型结构逐步向复杂网络结构演化;城市外部金融联系增强有利于本地产业的高级化、合理化转变及生产性服务业的发展与集聚,但对周边地区产业发展呈现出显著负向溢出效应。据此提出完善区域金融合作机制、推动地区间差异化分工等政策建议。Based on the gravity model, this paper estimates the financial spatial connection of 26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2005 to 2019, and uses the traditional OLS model and spatial Durbin model to empirically explore the impact of external financial connection on the upgrading and optimization of regional industrial structure. The results show that: the overall financial connection of the Yangtze River Delta has been strengthened, and the structure has gradually evolved from a single linear structure to a complex network structure;The enhancement of urban external financial links is conducive to the upgrading and rationalization of local industries and the development and agglomeration of producer services, but it has a significant negative spillover effect on the industrial development of surrounding areas. Based on this, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as improving the regional financial cooperation mechanism and promoting the differentiated division of labor among regions.
