摘 要:表面活性剂的用途极其广泛,在油田工业中常用于提高采收率。本文以石油磺酸盐(PS)为主剂,与其他表面活性剂进行复配后,通过表界面张力测试,筛选出合适的复配体系,探究它们的耐温抗盐性能,并对最佳配比和最佳加量进行了探讨。实验结果表明,石油磺酸盐与5组表面活性剂均具有良好的复配性能,其中PS/木质素磺酸盐和PS/烷醇酰胺复配体系分别在配比为2∶1和1∶1时,降低表界面张力的整体效果最好,能达到10^(-3)数量级,具有一定的驱油潜力。Surfactants were widely used in oilfield industry,and were often used to enhance oil recovery.Petroleum sulfonate was used as the main agent in the study.Through surface interfacial tension test,a suitable compound system was selected,and its temperature and salt resistance and emulsifying property were studied.The results showed that petroleum sulfonates and five groups of surfactants had good compound properties,in which petroleum sulfonate/lignosulfonate and petroleum sulfonate/alkanolamide complex systems with the ratio of 2:1 and 1:1,respectively,had the best surface and interfacial tension reduction effect,which could reach 10^(-3) orders of magnitude,and had a certain oil displacement potential.
