摘  要:以磷酸二氢铝为粘合剂,氧化铝、氧化铁为主要原料,硅溶胶、聚乙烯醇为耐高温改性剂,膨润土为成膜助剂,制备了磷硅酸铝高温粘结剂。粘结剂中的各组分为:35%的磷酸二氢铝,40%的氧化铝、氧化铁粉体,3.5%的硅溶胶,1%的聚乙烯醇、膨润土。检测了粘结剂的柔韧性、粘结强度以及耐冲击性。将粘结剂应用在钢材上,600℃下煅烧10min后检测粘结剂的性能。结果表明,粘结剂的柔韧性为1 mm,粘结强度≥10MPa,耐冲击性为50cm,在600℃下煅烧后不开裂,不失光,不变色。Applied aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as the binder,alumina and iron oxide as the main raw materials,silica sol and polyvinyl alcohol as the high-temperature resistance modifier,bentonite as the film-forming aid,the high-temperature adhesive of aluminum phosphosilicate was prepared.The components of binder were:35% aluminum dihydrogen phosphate,40% aluminum oxide and iron oxide powder composite,3.5%silica sol,0.5% polyvinyl alcohol,bentonite.The flexibility,bond strength and impact resistance of the binder were tested.Applied the binder to the steel,the performance was tested after calcination at 600℃ for 10 min.The results showed that the flexibility was 1 mm,bonding strength was great than 10 MPa,impact resistance was 50 cm.After calcination at 600℃,it would not crack,lose gloss or change color.
