摘　　要：微小病毒B19是一种小型单链DNA病毒,是目前为止已知能够感染并引起人类疾病的两种细小病毒科成员之一,会引起广泛的临床症状。B19病毒感染是血液肿瘤患者贫血和血细胞减少的重要原因,而漏诊通常会导致化疗的延误。本文就微小病毒B19流行病学、临床表现、诊断、治疗及疫苗开发等进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。Human parvovirus B19 is a small single-stranded DNA virus and is one of the two parvoviruses that cause human diseases with a wide range of clinical presentations.B19 virus infection is an important cause of anemia and hemocytopenia in patients with hematologic malignancies,and missed or delayed diagnosis often leads to chemotherapy delay.In this paper,the epidemiology,clinical presentation,diagnosis,treatment,and vaccine development of children infected with parvovirus B19 with hematologic diseases are reviewed.
