摘  要:目的分析某院送检的血液和尿液标本中人巨细胞病毒(hCMV)-DNA的实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)结果,为临床合理诊断hCMV感染提供依据。方法回顾性分析该院981例尿液和血液样本的hCMV-DNA的FQ-PCR检测结果,并运用SPSS16.0软件对结果进行对比分析。结果981例样本阳性率为17.02%,其中尿液标本阳性率为39.22%,血液标本阳性率为9.22%,两类标本阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。尿液和血液hCMV-DNA联合PCR检测呈阳性患者共91例,与联合检测相比,血液标本阳性率为96.70%,尿液标本阳性率为27.47%。阳性患者年龄分布:0~12个月婴幼儿占比70.06%,2~9岁儿童占比13.77%,20岁以上成人占比16.17%。结论hCMV-DNA阳性样本中0~12个月婴幼儿占比最高,是巨细胞病毒感染的重点监测对象。尿液hCMV-DNA阳性率高,应考虑作为巨细胞病毒感染的重要检测标本类型。Objective To analyze the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR)results of human cytomegalovirus DNA in blood and urine specimens,and thus providing basic data for rational diagnosing human cytomegalovirus.Methods Conduct retrospective analysis of 981 samples of hCMV-DNA in our hospital,and make a comparative analysis of PCR results of urine and blood specimens.Results The positive rate of 981 samples was 17.02%,and the positive rate of urine and blood specimens were 39.22% and 9.22%,respectively,with a statistical difference between the positive rates of the two types of specimens(P<0.01).A total of 91 cases were positive using the combined PCR detection of urine and blood specimens,with positive detection rates of 96.70%and 27.47%for urine and blood,respectively.The age statistics for positive patients are as follows,70.06% of 0-12 months-infants,13.77% of 2-9 years-children and 16.17%of adults over 20 years.Conclusion The proportion of 0-12 months-infants in hCMV-DNA-positive samples is the highest group,which should be regarded as the key monitoring objects for hCMV infection.Urine has a high positive detection rate of hCMV-DNA and should be considered as an important specimen type for detection of hCMV infection.
