摘　　要：目的通过对辽宁中医药大学新入学的2019级硕士研究生进行问卷调查,了解研究生新生心理健康状况,为建立适合中医院校研究生的心理健康教育模式提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法,抽取该校新入学的硕士研究生500名,使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对其进行心理健康状况研究,采用SPSS19.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析。结果根据SCL-90结果分析,该校研究生新生的心理健康问题检出率达19.86%,其中强迫、人际关系敏感和抑郁是学生们中存在的三大心理健康问题;该校研究生新生的强迫症、恐怖和精神病性因子平均分高于国内常模,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除了抑郁和强迫症以外,男生总分、总均分其他各因子平均分均高于女生,其中人际关系和精神病性因子在性别方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医院校新入学的硕士研究生整体心理健康状况相对要低于全国成人水平,男生较女生更容易出现心理问题,学校对该群体应尽早进行心理健康综合干预。Objective A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2019 graduate students in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,to understand the mental health of the new graduate students,and to provide a basis for establishing a mental health education model suitable for graduate students in traditional Chinese medicine universities.Methods A cluster sampling method was adopted to select 500 newly enrolled graduate students of the university.Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)was used in the mental health study,and SPSS19.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The detection rate of mental health problems among the new graduate students was 19.86%,among which compulsion,sensitive interpersonal relationship and depression were the three major mental health problems.The average scores of obsessive-compulsive disorder,phobia and psychosis were higher than the national norm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Except for depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder,the total scores and average scores of all factors were higher in boys than in girls,and the differences of interpersonal relationship and psychosis factors were statistically significant in gender(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall mental health status of the newly enrolled master′s students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges is relatively lower than the national level of adults,and male students are more likely to have psychological problems than female students.Therefore,comprehensive mental health intervention should be conducted for this group as soon as possible.
