重庆市2010-2020年各期梅毒构成比变化与梅毒病例核查准确率相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析重庆市2010-2020年各期梅毒构成比的变化及与梅毒病例核查准确率之间的相关性,总结梅毒病例核查的效果。方法分别从中国疾病预防控制信息系统、全国性病管理信息系统下载重庆市2010-2020年相应数据,应用Excel表格进行整理,并应用SPSS19.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果一期、二期、隐性梅毒报告病例核查准确率与其构成比变化相关系数分别为-0.904、-0.866、0.915(P<0.05)。一期、二期梅毒报告病例核查准确率与其构成比变化呈负相关(P<0.05),隐性梅毒核查报告病例准确率与其构成比变化呈正相关(P<0.05)。胎传梅毒、三期梅毒报告病例核查准确率与其构成比变化无关(P>0.05)。结论重庆市梅毒准确率核查工作纠正了由隐性梅毒错报为一期、二期梅毒的病例。胎传梅毒、三期梅毒报告病例的准确率还需进一步提高。Objective To analyze the changes of the composition ratio of syphilis from 2010 to 2020 in Chongqing and the correlation between it and the accuracy of syphilis case verification,and to summarize the effect of syphilis case verification.Methods The corresponding data of Chongqing from 2010-2020 were downloaded from China Disease Control and Prevention Information System and National STE Disease Management Information System respectively.Excel tables and SPSS19.0 statistical software were usedto organizedandanalyzed.Results The correlation coefficient between the accuracy of verification of reported cases of primary,secondary and latent syphilis and the change in their composition ratios were-0.904,-0.866 and 0.915 respectively(P<0.05).The accuracy of verification of reported cases of primary and secondary syphilis was negatively correlated with the change in their composition ratio(P<0.05),and the accuracy of verification of reported cases of latent syphilis was positively correlated with the change in their composition ratio(P<0.05).The accuracy of verification of reported cases of congenital syphilis and tertiary syphilis was not related to changes in their composition ratios(P>0.05).Conclusion The verification of syphilis accuracy in Chongqing corrected the cases that were misreported as primary and secondary syphilis from latent syphilis.The accuracy of reported cases of congenital syphilis and tertiary syphilis needs to be further improved.
