摘　　要：随着《中国(海南)自由贸易试验区总体方案》和《智慧海南总体方案(2020-2025年)》的出台,海南自贸港建设进入快车道,数字经济将成为自贸港实现高质量发展的重要抓手。商用密码应用是护航数字经济建设的重要防护手段,发展具有海南自贸港特色的商用密码应用,需要适应数字化发展安全需求,找准发展方向,体现先行先试的优势。运用SWOT方法分析,结合海南商用密码应用现状,找出其内部优势和劣势,分析外部机遇与挑战,并提出针对性建议。Following the release of The China(Hainan) Free Trade Zone General Plan and The Smart Hainan Plan(2020-2025), the construction of Hainan free trade port has entered the fast lane. The digital economy will lead the high-quality development of the free trade port. Commercial cryptography application is an important protective means to escort the construction of digital economy. To develop commercial cryptography application with the characteristics of Hainan free trade port, it is necessary to adapt to the security needs of digital development, find the right development direction and reflect the advantages of first try. Based on the analysis of the current situation of Hainan’s commercial cryptography applications, through using the SWOT analysis, this paper try to find out its internal strengths and weaknesses, analyze external opportunities and challenges, and put forward targeted recommendations.
